Hi, I am a new tenant at Elysia Park Residence, Unit T2-26-07, and wanted to install my TIME internet so that I am able to work. However, the internet cannot be installed due to broken fibre optic. The management informed me that the mechanic need to work with the contractor to fix this and we need to contact our agent. I contacted my agent, Darren Tee at +60 16-707 9312 however he is uncontactable. Please assist to escalate this matter as I really need the internet working so that I am able to work normally, instead of relying on my mobile data which the speed is very slow.
